What payment methods do you accept?
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 Hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to make changes.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an email / whats app / text message confirmation with your order number and receipt.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of 99. We also offer free standard shipping on all orders over 999. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within India. We are hoping to expand our shipping zones globally in the near future!
How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive a secondary email / whats app / text message containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Nest Originals purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging and also security seal should not be tempered.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To initiate a return, please visit our [Returns Portal / link] and enter your order number and email address. We will provide you with a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label. Please note that a small return shipping fee of 99 may be deducted from your refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, and check security seal.  We will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
